Each Binzhou University linguistics training course is acknowledged by the Chinese Ministry of Education. The classes are always taught in small groups, an average of 10 students per class, 15 maximum. The teaching rhythm is steady and the pedagogy is progressive. .

As for the writing lessons, some English will be used for a better understanding. All the Chinese culture lessons are taught by specialists in the field.

The bachelor's degree is acknowledged by Chinese ministry of education and oriented towards professional insertion. This bachelor's degree provides the students with a real Mandarin Chinese academic degree. Various subjects will be get onto in order to give the students a comprehensive approach of the Middle Empire and a solid knowledge of the language, reflect of its History and current events.
The bachelor's is divided into eight semesters, according to the Chinese university system. The first four semesters put a stress on language basics as the four last semester are aimed to specifical subjects. Every semester is divided into four majors : Chinese language, applied Chinese, human sciences and technical sciences. The HSK preparation is included from the first year and the taking of HSK is an aim for the end of the 4th (level 6) and 8th (level 9 to 12) semesters. Binzhou has known a fast growth over the last twenty years. For 2009 the GDP growth is 11% this is 3 points more than the national average. The teaching and professorial staff consists of professors who have a special diploma for teaching foreign students, or experience in this field : Not only for teaching Mandarin Chinese As a Second Language but also teaching TEFL (Teaching English has as Foreign Language) and the FLE (français langue étrangère), as the case may be.
