How to apply Registration form |
It is highly recommended to contact us before sending the registration form, especially for those who wish to enter directly the bachelor's degree second or third year. Indeed, diplomas are issued by the Chinese ministry of Education. Thus we have to check the number of credits already acquired in other schools or institutes.

The registration form has to be completed with the following:
- Binzhou university registration form (you can download it in the link below)
- A photocopy of the physical examination record for foreigners (you can download it in the link below)
- A photocopy of the passport
- A photocopy of the most recent diploma
- 2 passport photos
- A resume
- A cover letter

The academic year begins in early september. Registrations will have to be done before the 30th of June. In some cases, it is possible to begin the classes on odd semesters (beginning of March). In this case a registration will be approved after justification of the candidate's previous level and an admission exam.

It is also possible to send the registration form by post mail. Generally, it needs 3 weeks (economy rate). Besides, you can also choose faster ways; post office speed post, DHL, TNT, FedEx….

| Visa |
Once your application is accepted. You will have to pay a 15 % deposit. We will send the deposit invoice by e-mail. Once the deposit will be made, you will receive a Visa Application Form for Study in China (JW202 form) and the Admission Notice from Binzhou University. With the completed application form, the Admission notice and the original copy of the Physical Examination Record for Foreigners, you may obtain an X visa (study over half year) or an F visa (study less than half year) on request from the nearest Chinese Embassy or Consulate. Short-term students can apply for an L or F visa to enter China.
Notice: the residence permit is 400 yuans for one semester and 800 yuans for one year.
Important: It is not possible to change a tourist visa to a student visa in China. You should obtain a student visa outside China. |
| Physical examination |
We highly suggest that you meet your doctor who will help you to fill in the physical examination form. Regarding the serodiagnosis blood check, it is a basic blood check, plus HIV, syphillia and hepatic examination.
Before coming to China, you will have to have your physical examination form acknowledged by a Chinese Embassy or Consulate (not needed in the application process). Otherwise you will have to get a new medical check in China that will be charged a little more than 300 yuans by the hospital. |

As it is written on Binzhou University registration form: "Every students shall abide by the laws of the Chinese government and the regulations of the University. Every students shall accept the arrangements of Binzhou University of China during my study."
